Famous Diggipuri Ki Chai

India is known worldwide for its vibrant culture. The Indian culture, sometimes described as an amalgamation of many different cultures, covers the Indian subcontinent, and has been influenced and formed by its thousand-year-old history.People from north to south, from west to east all have their own special way to prepare food, drinks and sweets. But one thing that we can observe among varieties is similarity.

One example of that is tea. I wonder how people around the world get used to drinking the same tea, which is the second largest drink after water. We have 29 states in India and each state is renowned for their unique culture. Rajasthan among them is a state that has a special culture of its own. Among several ancient Rajasthan towns, one of them is Diggipuri.

So if you want to taste the perfect combination of ancient culture and refreshing tea then you can never miss this place to be in Rajasthan when you're in. The tea's attraction is the mud vessel or Kulhar which is heated in the tandoor it is served in. When the kulhar is boiling hot , the chai is poured into it so that it mixes in the flavors.

Finally, the chai is poured into a fresh kulhar and offered to you. That's what makes the chai taste special. It reflects  our ancient culture. People also call it "Matka Chai." Matka means mud, and chai means tea.

This tea will give you the rare experience of ethnic origin.💕
