Ingredients:
  1. Tea powder(No leaf please)
  2. Whole Milk
  3. Khoya/Maawa/Desiccated Milk (Milkmaid)
  4. Sugar to taste
  5. Spices(3 nos Cardamom)
Steps:

Make the tea powder decoration by adding 3 cups of water to 4 tsp of tea powder. Cover the vessel so that steam does not escape. Boil it on low heat for around 20-25 minutes, until half a cup of filtered decoration is left.

Boil 4 cups of whole milk on another burner, until it is reduced to 1.5 cups. Add now 4 tbl sp of khoya, mawa, or milkmaid. Boil it until khoya fully mixes with the milk and makes it thick. Stir it enough so that it easily blends with milk.

Both tea decoration and smooth, milk are prepared separately; they are combined in a ratio of 1:3 only and only when serving and not before.

Decoration strain and transfer to serving cups And hot milk mixture inside.

Now serve the Irani Chai with Fruitcake cookies, Jeera (Cummin) biscuits, or Khara (Salted) biscuits on the side to enjoy your loved ones' evening snack.
