Chamomile Tea


Chamomile Tea is a tea or ti-sane made from herbs. Chamomile Tea is only brewed with hot water and fresh / dried flowers. Two varieties of Chamomile, widely used to brew tea, are German Chamomile and Roman Chamomile.Are you stressed? Want some elixir or stress reliving medicine?  Chamomile Tea, instead, is the ideal alternative.

Chamomile plant can be cultivated in most areas across the globe. Although it is native to Asia and Europe, it has been found in North and South America in general. It can be added to many herbal products such as tea or topical skin cream, and can also be used in foods and drinks, mouthwash, soaps or cosmetics as a flavoring agent.

Aroma and Flavor:

Chamomile tea features a cool, smooth finish with herbal and fruity notes. Chamomile tea taste is sometimes characterized as similar to an apple crisp. Chamomile originally derives its name from the Greek words "Chamaeleon," which literally translates into "ground apple" or "earth apple."


Chamomile tea boats with a light, airy taste and a sweet aromatic fragrance. The tea is light yellow in color, imitating the presence of gentle sunlight. The tea also boasts a range of health benefits which make it as good as tasty for you.

Unique Chamomile Attributes:

Obviously, without caffeine.
It is a flowering plant with white petals and a core of mustard-yellow which looks like a daisy.
A few varieties of chamomile are available, although only two types of tea are used: German chamomile although Roman chamomile.
It is used in traditional medicine to calm and ease the body from problems such as anxiety and stomach upset.

We may render the different kinds of chamomile tea. Yet we're just going to go here for basic chamomile Tea.

Ingredients:

1 handful of fresh chamomile flowers (increase petal amounts for stronger tea)
8 ounces boiling water

Instructions:


  1. The fresh flowers are collected by separating the entire flower head from stem. Rinse the flowers into warm water and pat dry. 
  2.  Boil the water in a kettle or big pot of tea. Using Infusion Tea Kettles is often best choice. Alternatively you may use another infusion device as a temporary tea bag, such as tea ball or cheesecloth. 
  3. Place the flower petals in an infuser and let the tea get steep for 5 minutes in a kettle or bowl. 

Chamomile Tea is now ready .. Enjoy.💕

Note: You can use dried chamomile if the fresh chamomile flowers are not available.
You can add honey to taste, fresh cut fruit or milk to flavor the tea.
